What you get
The whole product, on both plans
There is no version of SuzyQ with the good parts removed. The only difference between the two plans is when you pay.
Record and replay
Recorded scripts that run across tabs and windows, with decisions, sub-scripts, waits, schedules and background lanes.
Reads the account
Scraped values, derived values, dictation, and merge fields wherever text appears - forms, cards, spoken lines and your script.
On the call
The teleprompter and navigation tree, live call listening, objection cards, the AI coach and the pop-out call window.
Cards
Cards with live variables, arithmetic, fill-in fields, images and buttons that run scripts.

How do I get access?
SuzyQ is distributed privately rather than listed publicly, so access is granted per person. Send us the Google account you sign into Chrome with - that is what we add - and you get an install link back. Installing from that link with a different Google account will not work, which is the one thing worth getting right first time.
Your 30 days start when we grant access, not when you first open the panel, so there is no rush on the day it arrives.
Do I have to give you a card for the trial?
No. There is no card, no direct debit and no automatic charge at the end - if you want to carry on after 30 days you start a subscription deliberately. That also means there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
We ask you once. Carry on and you pick monthly or annual; decide against it and that is the end of the conversation. Either way the scripts, cards and variables you built are yours - Settings → Backup exports the lot as a file you keep.
Is the trial the full product, or a cut-down version?
The full product. There is no trial build and no feature switched off - it is the same extension a paying subscriber runs. A trial that hides the good parts tells you nothing about whether the thing is worth paying for.
Is it per person or per computer?
Per person. One subscription covers you on the machines you personally work on - your desktop and your laptop, for example. It is not a licence to be shared around a floor; if you need several agents covered, the team arrangement is the right one and usually the cheaper one.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, at any point. Tell us and we will move you across and credit what you have already paid for the current month against the annual price.
What happens if I cancel?
The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. Nothing you built is held hostage - the export button in Settings hands you a plain file with all of your scripts, cards, variables and script text in it, and that file is yours whether you are a customer or not.
Is there a refund if it does not suit me?
If SuzyQ is not doing what this website says it does, write to us within 30 days of paying and we will refund you. We would rather hear why than keep the money.
Are there extra costs on top?
Not from us. Two optional features reach an outside service and use a key you supply - AI practice calls, and voicemail spoken in a clone of your own voice. If you use them, you pay that provider directly at their rates. Everything else, including the on-device coach and the voice commands, has no running cost at all.
Do you take purchase orders or invoice a company?
Yes. Get in touch and we will invoice on normal commercial terms rather than making somebody put it on a personal card.
