For teams

We sell to agents. We are glad to deal with the people who employ them.

SuzyQ is priced and sold direct, one agent at a time, because that is who has to live with it. But a lot of what it does is worth more when a floor does it the same way - so if you run the team, come and talk to us and we will put a deal together.

The case

What changes when the whole floor has it

Build the script once, not thirty times

One person sets up the scripts, the cards and the call script; everyone else gets them as a file and imports them. When the pitch changes, it changes in one place and goes out to the floor rather than being announced and half-adopted.

The good answer, in front of everybody

Objection responses and the coach both read from material your team wrote. Your best rebuttal stops being something one person knows and becomes something the panel puts on screen when the objection is heard.

Ramp time on new starters

A new agent gets the library on day one, and can rehearse the whole call against the AI customer before they touch a live one. The admin half of the job is a set of named buttons instead of a fortnight of learning where things are.

Consistency you can actually check

The script an agent reads is the script you wrote, with the account's own details merged in. The navigation tree and the section rules mean the call goes in the order it was designed to go in.

Commercially

What a team arrangement looks like

The list price is $40 per agent per month, or $400 a year. Beyond a handful of seats we would rather negotiate than make you multiply.

Pilot it first. Every agent gets the same free 30 days an individual does, and there is no card involved - so you can put it on a few desks for a month and judge it on what actually happens to their calls rather than on a demo. Tell us how many and we will set them all up at once.

Volume pricing

Tell us how many agents and we will come back with a per-seat number. The more of the floor is covered, the better it gets.

Invoicing and POs

Billed to the company on normal commercial terms, annually or quarterly. Nobody has to put a work tool on a personal card and claim it back.

Help getting set up

The first library is the one that takes effort. We will work through it with whoever you nominate - the scripts, the call script, the cards, the objections - so the floor starts with something that already works.

One thing we will not do: report on your agents. SuzyQ has no servers and sends nothing anywhere, so there is no dashboard of who ran what and no call recordings for us to hand over. If a monitoring product is what you need, this is not it - and it is better that you know that on this page than three months in.

For whoever has to approve it

The IT questions, answered straight

Where does our data go?

Nowhere. Backyard Software operates no servers. Scripts, saved values, cards, script text and settings are held in Chrome's own extension storage on each agent's machine. There is no account, no login, no analytics and no telemetry, and no path by which customer records reach us.

Two optional features can reach an outside service, and only when somebody enters their own API key for it - AI practice calls (Anthropic) and voicemail in a cloned voice (Fish Audio). With no key entered, nothing is sent. Both can simply not be used.

Why does it ask for access to every site?

Because a script an agent records can be on any site your work uses, and the extension cannot know in advance which. It uses that access to replay the steps that were recorded and to read the values it was pointed at - nothing else. The permission list and the reason for each one is documented and we will send it over on request.

What happens to call audio?

Live call listening captures the audio your softphone tab plays - the far end of the call - and turns it into text so the panel can suggest a rebuttal. Transcription runs on the agent's own computer by default and the transcript is displayed and then discarded. No file is written, nothing is exported, nothing is uploaded.

Where a machine has no on-device speech support, SuzyQ stops and says so rather than quietly falling back to a cloud service. Falling back requires a tick box that names what it does.

Does it record our agents' microphones?

Only for the features that need it, and only while they are on: dictating into a field, spoken script triggers, and practice calls. Call listening itself does not use the agent's microphone at all - it reads the tab's audio.

How is it distributed and updated?

As a Chrome extension. We can supply it through the Chrome Web Store, or as a package your own team deploys by policy if that is how you run browser extensions - tell us which and we will fit in with it.

What if an agent leaves?

Their library exports as a single file that can be imported by whoever takes over the desk. A share copy of that file deliberately strips out saved passwords and API keys, so handing a setup on does not hand on credentials.

Talk to us

Tell us about the floor

How many agents, what CRM and softphone they use, and what the repetitive part of your call currently is. That is enough for us to say something useful back - and if SuzyQ is the wrong fit we will tell you that instead of booking a demo.

We answer in person, usually within one business day.
